Business Development Representatives
We have an opening for Business Developmnet Representatives (BDR) who will call into organizationss and introduce Zoom IT Solutions to IT Decision Makers. You will be required to provide leads and schedule product demonstrations for your sales partner.
- High Volume prospecting (telemarketing) for qualified leads, between 60 to 80 calls per day
- Working closely and collaboratively with an assigned Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
- Working internally with other groups such as sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
- Scheduling online product demonstrations for an assigned Sales Representative one per day
- Conducting needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be effective in conveying a clear, well-understood and articulate message
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong interesting in a selling role
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-faced challenging environment in which you have clear and measurable performance expectations
- A good technical aptitude to be able to learn our Customer Relationship Management tool to input status updates and to schedule prospects with conversations/product demonstrations with an assigned Sales Representative.
- Must possess the following attributes to be successful and to find the position rewarding: competitive, motivated, self-driven, and ability to deal with objections, attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
- As associates or Bachelors degree in a Business-related program is preferred.
- Previous sales experience where you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas is highly desirable.
